Now (11:05 PM Sri Lanakan Time), one person working in Trincomalee Secretariat (kachcheri)) phoned to Shakthi Radio, to say that no Tamil person is in the food and facility distributing committee. In Trincomalee, the government agent (equivalent to Collecter in India) is the authority to distribute the things. Two Sinhalese (husband & Wife) took the whole things under their control, and sending the things to the UNAFFECTED Sinhala areas in the INLAND Sinhala area in Trincomalee district (komarngadavale:- rebuddhistized Kumaran Kadavai). He also named the people (Ranjani & Arya) and the number of lorries. This shipment included the tents the Indian Government sent for the refugees.

P.S.: According to what I understood from my brother, EVEN TRO brings food, facilities and fund, it has to go through the Government Agent in the EAST.
